Campbell/Nelson Auto Recycling Warrants All Parts For 6 Months Are Subject to the Conditions and Limitations Set Forth Below.

1. Campbell/Nelson Auto Recycling does not assume responsibility for towing charges, lay up time, telephone, loss due to down time, cost of lodging, cost of vehicle use, inconvenience, car or truck rental. There is no guarantee for labor to install or remove any sold part.
2. All engines are warranted against cracked cylinder blocks or heads, bad cam or crankshaft, excessive smoking, and to be in good running order unless otherwise stated. Radiator must be cleaned before engine installation. Documentation required for all warranty claims to include proof of radiator service. Engines that are taken apart by customer will have no warranty and no return.
3. The used engine you have purchased must have new oil and filter installed upon installation.
4. You must provide for a new tune up upon installation of an engine (timing belts, points, plugs, plug wires, etc.).
5. This warranty does not cover attached items or accessories (water pump, fuel pump, carburetor, distributor, computers, etc.)
6. Engines or transmissions must have new seals and new oil upon installation into vehicle (warranty does not cover rear main engine seal).
7. Transmissions, transaxles and differentials are warranted to work properly. New oil, screen, filter and seals must be installed. Detent cable must be adjusted properly.
8. Proper oil levels and cooling levels must be maintained at all times for warranty to be valid.
9. Cylinder heads are guaranteed to be free of structural damage and to be rebuildable ONLY.
10. No returns or refunds on Airbags or Airbag related items. WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
11. Rear ends are guaranteed to work properly, gears are guaranteed to be in good condition, bearings are guaranteed not noisy at the time of purchase.
12. No refunds, guarantees, or exchanges on carburetors.
13. No refunds on Special Ordered Parts.
14. NO CORES ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS. Core refunds to the buyer will be made by check unless the buyer originally paid by VISA or MasterCard. VISA or MasterCard purchases will be refunded by VISA or MasterCard credit slip. When the buyer originally paid by check, refunds will be paid 10 working days from the date the customer's check was accepted. Cores must have all fluids drained and oil filter removed or a $10.00 hazardous waste charge will be assessed.
15. All glass is sold "AS-IS" at time of sale.
16. No Refunds or Returns on Cut-to-Order Body Sections.
17. All Electrical items guaranteed for a period of 6 months. We assume no responsibility for improper installation, faulty voltage regulator, or poor electrical connections by customer. NO REFUNDS on electrical items.
18. All defective parts must have the Campbell/Nelson Auto Recycling identification on them. NO EXCEPTIONS!
19. All warranty claims must be presented to an authorized agent or manager of Campbell/Nelson Auto Recycling within a period of 6 months from the date of Purchase for this Warranty to be valid.
20. 20% handling charge on all returned merchandise.
21. This warranty is not transferable and does not cover damage of parts used in connection with racing purposes or vehicles with racing equipment or damage by accident or misuse.
22. $20.00 FEE ON ALL RETURNED CHECKS.
23. WARRANTY IS VOID WITHOUT THIS RECEIPT.
